"Young Belgian artist Babette Van Rafelghem has been silently working on her own body of work over the last couple of years. And you can take that “body” quite literally, because as a student of medicine she mostly makes anatomical black and white drawings. Her work is eerie, and unsettling, with a remarkable eye for detail and an idiosyncratic focused drawing style. The exhibition she prepared for the Consouling Store will be her very first exhibition. You might want to come out to have a look at this incredibly talented and promising artist's body of work."
